Mercedes-Benz EQS Power
The Mercedes-Benz EQS comes with an electric motor and a 107.8-kWh lithium-ion battery that combine to generate 329 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque. You can also opt for a powertrain consisting of?two electric motors and a 107.8-kWh lithium-ion battery, resulting in an output of 516 horsepower and 631 lb-ft of torque.
Both engines are mated to a one-speed transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but 4MATIC® all-wheel drive is available.
Mercedes-Benz EQS Charging and Range
With a 240-volt or Level 2 connection, the Mercedes-Benz EQS can reach a full charge from 10 percent in about 11 hours. With DC Fast Charging, you’ll be able to get up to an 80-percent charge in just over 30 minutes. And with Level 3 Charging, up to 186 miles of driving range is available in just 15 minutes.
When completely charged, the Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ trim can travel a maximum 350 miles, and the Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 can travel 340 miles, both of which are excellent numbers for an electric vehicle in this class.
Mercedes-Benz EQS Space and Comfort
Up to five people have plenty of room in the Mercedes-Benz EQS, and the seats are very comfortable. Standard features include heated and ventilated front seats and leather upholstery. There are many extras, too, such as multi-contour and massaging front seats and stainless steel pedals. This car also offers a large amount of cargo space: 22 cubic feet behind the back seats, and 63 cubic feet when they are down.?
