How Do I Get Roadside Assistance?

It’s now more convenient than ever to order roadside assistance. You can utilize the complimentary roadside assistance mobile app to contact our team and let them know what issue you need help with.

The app is GPS-enabled, so we can find your location, even if you’re unsure where exactly you are. Plus, you can use the app’s tracker to see when help will arrive.

You can also quickly contact us by phone if you prefer. Simply call the roadside assistance phone number, 1-800-367-6372. If you have mbrace®, you can also conveniently push the wrench button overhead (or on the armrest) and an operator will transfer you to a roadside assistance representative.

Does My Vehicle Have Roadside Assistance?

If your vehicle is under any Mercedes-Benz warranty, including the new vehicle limited warranty, extended limited warranty, or certified pre-owned warranty, you are eligible for complimentary Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance.
